The Becoming Circle: Embodied Creativity Workshop for Women in Transition

Join a Safe Circle of Women Finding Clarity in the In-Between

You thought you knew yourself, but here you are, asking: Who am I becoming? The answer isn’t found in thinking harder. It’s found in creating bravely. Your inner vision has been speaking all along, waiting for you to choose a color and listen.

SEEING- The Sense of Inner Vision

When the Path Forward Seems Foggy, Your Inner Vision Can Show You the Way!

You’re living in the “in-between” and nothing about it feels clear.

Maybe you’re reinventing yourself after decades of being married, or maybe you woke up one day and realized your career is no longer a fit for who you are.

Being stuck in uncertainty is uncomfortable, confusing and scary. And the not-knowing keeps you up at night.

Maybe you’re just tired of living in flux…all the questions without answers and the plans that keep morphing. You wonder, am I the only one who hasn’t figured it out?

You thought you knew yourself, but here you are, asking: Who am I becoming?

And the hardest part? You’re struggling to envision what comes next.

What if the problem isn’t that you can’t see clearly but that you’re looking through the wrong lens?

You’ve been trying to think your way through this transition. You’re analyzing, planning, and researching, but the path ahead gets foggier and foggier. And, those Pros and Cons lists you’re writing at 2AM are not helping!

I’ve been there, and what I learned is that the rational mind can’t solve what your body is living through.

But your inner vision can.
We’re not talking external seeing like the scrolling, the comparing, and the consuming of other people’s stuff.

We’re talking inner seeing. It’s the symbolic, imaginal realm where your psyche speaks in pictures, colors, and metaphors. It’s where your deeper self already knows things your conscious mind hasn’t caught up to yet.

Address the fears bottling up inside you…

Let’s address the fears bottling up inside you…

  • Becoming invisible or irrelevant now that you’re no longer defined by the roles you’ve outgrown
  • Making the “wrong” choice and wasting time you won’t get back
  • Being alone in this, unsupported and misunderstood
  • Losing who you were without ever finding who you’re meant to be
  • Being judged for starting over, for admitting you don’t have it figured out
  • Discovering you’ve outgrown the relationships that once sustained you

You’re longing for something, too.

  • Authentic self-expression where you stop performing and start being
  • Purpose and meaning focused solely on you
  • Recognition that your experience and wisdom matter
  • Freedom to explore without having any answers
  • Reclaiming parts of yourself you abandoned years ago
  • Building something that’s truly yours
  • To feel vital, relevant, and seen not despite your age, but because of it
  • To give yourself permission to prioritize joy

You deserve all of this and more!

What if creativity is the entry point?

You need a way in…a doorway that doesn’t require you to have it figured out first.

Stay with me on this because I know where your mind goes when you hear that word! This isn’t about being “good at making art” or having talent. It’s about listening to what your inner vision is trying to show you through image, symbol, color, and metaphor.

Embodied Creativity is a practice of using your body, your senses, and your imagination to access the wisdom living beneath your conscious awareness in the present moment.

When you engage your powerful intuitive senses, you shift:

Your nervous system calms. The constant mental chatter quiets. Your body remembers that it’s safe to explore, to play, to be curious.

Your inner vision wakes up. Suddenly you can see symbolically, not just literally. You stop asking “What should I do?” and start receiving “What’s my deeper self showing me?”

The transitional space becomes less scary. Not because it’s suddenly clear, but because you have a way to navigate through the fog. You have a visual language now for what you’re experiencing.

This isn’t therapy. It’s wildly therapeutic.

It’s a creative practice that’s expressive, embodied, and profoundly transformative. And, it’s your opportunity to SEE differently.

INTRODUCING

SEEING – The Sense of Inner Vision

Inside the Becoming Circle

A 2-hour live virtual experience

Time: Friday, April 18th, 2026 | 10:00 AM PST
Investment: $67

This is the first of four workshops exploring how your intuitive senses of seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing, can guide you through any transition you’re experiencing.

In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Awaken your inner eye through guided visualization that takes you into your personal inner realm where your psyche stores the symbolic images you need right now.
  • Translate inner vision into external form through expressive mark-making, color, symbol, and images. No artistic skill required, just a willingness to allow your hands to move.
  • Discover what your marks are telling you through metaphoric writing that bridges visual and verbal knowing.
  • Be witnessed in a safe, intimate circle of women who understand what it means to be at the threshold of transformation.

What you’ll need:

  • A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted
  • White paper (notebook, copy paper, canvas paper)
  • Something to make colorful marks with (pens, colored pencils, markers, or crayons, whatever you have)
  • An open heart and a willingness to be surprised by what emerges

What you receive:

  • 2-hour live virtual workshop via Zoom
  • Guided creative practices you can return to again and again
  • A safe, intimate circle of women in transition
  • Post-workshop integration tools

What makes this different from everything else you’ve tried:

  • It’s body-based, not mind-based. You’re not thinking your way through. You’re creating your way through.
  • It’s symbolic, not literal. You’re not making plans or setting goals. You’re accessing the imaginal world where your psyche speaks in images and metaphors.
  • It’s witnessing, not fixing. No one will try to solve you or tell you what to do. You’ll be seen, heard, and honored exactly as you are.
  • It’s spacious, not rushed. Two full hours to ground, create, explore, and integrate. No cramming. No performance pressure. Just presence.
  • It’s for becoming, not achieving. This isn’t about outcomes. It’s about the unfolding. The work is to trust your inner vision and let it guide you.

Space is intentionally limited to maintain intimacy and safety. If you’re feeling the urge, trust it. Your inner vision is already guiding you.
